MySQL Error?
So I came home yesterday and had my next post running through my head. I turned on my computer and tried to bring up the website when I got this horrible looking page telling me there was a MySQL error. What?!!!!
Let me tell you now, I am not a programmer in any sense of the word. I know next to nothing about these databases and languages. I was starting to freak out. The new website that I was finally so happy with had keeled over and died. I wasn’t going to take it sitting down though. So I ran over to trusty old Google and started to search for solutions to my problem. Finally, this morning it looks like the issues have been fixed. Yay!!! Knock on wood for that one. Talk about a stressful situation. Well, we’ll see how things go the next few hours. I’ll be back this evening with this weeks Q & A. See you then.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
