Questions, questions, questions
Over the past little while I have been receiving emails with various photography related questions. I’m always happy to answer them and share some of the knowledge I’ve gained over the years with others. I thought though that it would be a good thing to share those questions and answers with everyone so over the next little while I’m going to be posting those. It will be information like what camera to use if you’re just getting into photography, what settings to use for various situations, how to use flash, what is good lighting, how to take portraits, how to sell photos online and other topics as well. Keep your eye out for the new posts that will be coming over this next week.
Before I forget, today is the last day I will be offering the free download so if you haven’t requested it yet, do it today. Today I wanted to share with you a picture I took while visiting a beautiful garden not far from my home.

This print is entitled “Susan” and can be found in the flower section of my catalog. It was a rainy day and for a while I sat out in my car debating whether or not I should attempt taking a walk around. To my surprise and delight the rain let up. It was still overcast but I was pleased with that because it made for some good diffused lighting. As I walked around the garden the aroma of the flowers intoxicated me. It was the most beautiful smell ever. These particular yellow flowers caught my eye and I took about 15 minutes capturing images of them from every possible angle. The day itself was a wonderful success and I was very pleased with the outcome.
